Remain Fixed so that You Can Progress
In order to possess the Lord’s promises, your mind has to be stayed on Jesus. You must remain fixed on what He’s shown you. You can’t afford to be double-minded. A double-mind hinders progress and will cause you to doubt God. You won’t be able to bring anything to completion because your mind is not sound. You will want to start project after project without finishing the previous projects you started. You will want to change your mind every time you feel something isn’t working out.
If God has promised you something, He will surely bring it to pass. However, you must remain fixed and in position for what He’s shown you. The Lord wants to hasten to perform His Word in your life. He is literally watching over His promises concerning you. Don’t allow the cares of this world to distract you from your focus in the Lord. You must remember His Word concerning you even when you feel like what you are going through is too much. It is during those trying times that you will have something to stand on.
You have to refuse to allow any obstacle to stop you from taking hold of the Lord’s promise for you. You must speak to the mountain/obstacle so that it can get out of your way. “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23). You must know—by faith—it is already done. You can’t allow a lack of resources, your health, not having the right connections, or even the people you love to deter you from what God has said.
God wants you to trust Him. He wants you to stand firm on what He said. You can’t afford to put your trust in horses, chariots/people and things of great power, strength or influence. Your trust has to be in the Lord. “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God” (Psalm 20:7). When you put your trust in Him, He will literally level out the playing field so that you receive your breakthrough.
He wants you to excel in life. He wants you to be faithful even over the small things, because when you are faithful in the small things, it leads to bigger things. “His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord” (Matthew 25:23). You have to be faithful even when people aren’t noticing what you’re doing but know that the Lord is noticing everything. He will reward you.
As you progress, always remain humble and know that it is the Lord performing the work. Know that your endurance and the things that you have gone through will produce the fruit of God, and your trouble is not in vain. Even when what God has said isn’t happening as quickly as you would like it, know that patience is doing a work in you.
In order for you to progress into what the Lord has for you, you will have pay the price. Jesus said, “… If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23). You have to let your flesh die to progress into the promises of the Lord. This takes discipline.
You can’t let what others are saying about you dictate what you do. When the Lord has called you to something, do it. I challenge you to get rid of anything that will distract you from taking hold of the promise God has for you. Refuse to allow the enemy to throw you off course. Fix your mind so that you can progress into the promise.
s you to stand firm on what He said. You can’t afford to put your trust in horses, chariots/people and things of great power, strength or influence. Your trust has to be in the Lord.

The Blessing of Unity
There is a need for the Body of Christ to become more unified. The enemy knows that Jesus said, “And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand” (Mark 3:25). So the devil will use any means necessary to stir up discord with false accusations and deception. It is up to us to take a stand with the Word of God, be determined to fulfill our assignment, and not be given to the enemy’s lies. Our commitment to these things will help us to move forward in the right direction. We must know why it’s important to remain in unity.
God is Pleased
People are Refreshed
Unity is as dew. Dew refreshes and provides nourishment for plant life and animals. We can’t receive the necessary benefits from something when it is dry. Living beings need water. Dew is a source of water that quenches thirst. When we’re in healthy fellowship, and remain in unity, we receive spiritual nourishment and strength. Where there’s a dry area in a person’s life, water provides refreshment. Dew has the ability to reach everyone that plays a part in advancing God’s Kingdom.
The Blessing is Released
When we remain in unity, the LORD commands the blessing. Unity allows the anointing to flow freely, and it touches everyone involved. When we’re together in unity, the LORD gives the His approval, peace, and favor. When the blessing is released, it opens up man’s heart to receive God’s Word. Therefore, when we receive God’s blessing, it enables us to be a blessing to others.
Ask the Holy Spirit to show you how you can do your part in the Body of Christ so that others can be blessed. Remain committed to prayer so that the enemy doesn’t tempt you to sow discord. Continue to work your God given assignment as unto the Lord.
