The Blessing of Unity

"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore" (Psalm 133:1-3).   

There is a need for the Body of Christ to become more unified. The enemy knows that Jesus said, “And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand” (Mark 3:25). So the devil will use any means necessary to stir up discord with false accusations and deception. It is up to us to take a stand with the Word of God, be determined to fulfill our assignment, and not be given to the enemy’s lies. Our commitment to these things will help us to move forward in the right direction. We must know why it’s important to remain in unity.
